A suspected drunk driver of a Nissan SUV failed to stop at a red light at the intersection while traveling northbound on Houston Avenue, according to police, and collided with a Ford Fusion attempting to cross traffic.

Tenerife Airport Disaster
An aviation disaster happened in Tenerife, with neither plane actually in the air. A total of 583 people in two different planes lost their lives due to a combination of poor visibility due to fog and confused communication between air traffic control and the two pilots involved, resulting in a loss of situational awareness. A collision took place when one of the planes mistakenly. This is due to the loss visibility sense, therefore it caused a tragedy as an output.
