1.antacids containing calcium carbonate（ greatest neutralising capacity, licensed for OTC use in pregnancy ）
2.Antacids containing aluminium and magnesium salts
3.Antacids containing alginates （often recommended for treatment of reflux ）
Antacids with high sodium content should be avoided .（increase BP）
