Personally, Finick is my favourite character. He's not my all-time favourite (I prefer Prim), yet he still has a mind-blowing character arc. At first you see him as repulsively sensual, arrogant, and perverse...but as time goes on you realize the true heroism in his heart. Arguably the worst-used Victor ever, he was enslaved by Snow for years, turned into a object of pleasure for hundreds of horrible Capitol citizens. All the while, he only truly loved poor Annie from District Four. And he's very selfless, too. He was willing to put himself in danger during the Quarter Quell multiple times to save Katniss and Peeta.
