Vacuum-sealing machines, for vacuum sealing the individual steaks or whole muscles. Transportation for distributing the products. Dependin of the use of the meat, it can be preserved in a dry-aging room (example). If its to be consumed right away, it will be distributed to a butcher to be sold at different costumers (ussually restaurants).

Different studies have been created in order to get a better quality of beef. Scientific researches have achieved the capability of artificially breed cows in order to get a better offspring with a better meat quality. Also, scientist have managed to alter a cow's diet to increase meat quality. Some cows are grain-fed most of their lifes in order to get a better flavor in meat. For example: in Japan cow's are treated with such a carefull procedure during their lifes so that they can obtain the most excellent, delicate and most expensive beef in the world (wagyu beef).
