Why is this a problem? Often times, children need to work to help support the family. I think people are migrating because they may  not be happy with where they are. Like they might be in a place where only certain people can work or only certain people can go to school or certain people have to pay for a education.  Or they might have to send there kids to work for them because they may have moved in the state or country to move from bombs,kidnap,and even abuse so they send the kids  because kids don´t really get in as much trouble with the police as adults do.
