Use of Google classroom is already a key feature of our Schemes of Work, however, access to the required devices is always dependent on availability. (Doing on the phone is not as optimal.) Having these devices on hand allow us to integrate Google classrooms in a more consistent and purposeful manner, allowing for more collaborative work and faster individual feedback.
2. When teachers are away from school, effective learning can continue through e-packages assigned and easily accessed using the personal devices.
3. More Differentiated Instruction can take place as the availability of devices make it easier and more convenient to assign different material based on different learner abilities. Students can also progress faster or slower depending on their abilities. 
4. Groupwork is also more easily facilitated (with safe distancing still in place) and no longer confined to just the classroom alone!
