I remember praying in the front of the chapel, and I prayed so hard that my tears mixed with my boogers, and it was all over me. During ESSC, I received the Holy Spirit. I was overjoyed, because I wanted to receive of God, and to experience Him more. Now, that I'm older, I often need to remind myself to continue to "thirst" after Him, even when everything is going well.

It has helped guide me through my life so that I would not stray away. One time that I have thirsted for God is during this school year in my middle school year. There is a lot of bad influence there and many wrong examples (having early relationships, profanity, etc.) that makes it difficult for me to stay strong in my faith and being able to not go astray.
