It is a private school located in Mexico City. Its educational offer includes a career in culinary arts, with an 80% practical and 20% theoretical program; the diploma in sommelier training; or specialties in distilled beverages, beer, Mexican cuisine, bakery, pastry and fine sweets.

Through the Faculty of Tourism and Gastronomy, this public university offers a degree in Gastronomy, with a duration of 5 years. Provides comprehensive gastronomic training in operation, heritage, research and administration. Its main headquarters are in Toluca, State of Mexico, although in the Tenancingo University Center (State of Mexico) you can also study this degree.

 

The faculty offers three postgraduate degrees: Master in Tourism Studies, Specialty in Tourism Business Administration and Master in Management of Traditional Mexican Gastronomy.
