Hi, my name is Skyler and this blog will be about food. I have some experience with food and I've been eating the stuff for about 17 years now. I took Baking and Pastry last year with Mrs. Curran and I quickly became her favorite student ever. I also run Cross Country which is a really physical, contact sport and I run Track which is quite underwhelming. I also play guitar and drink water. I enjoy drinking water sometimes because I'd die without it; So it's constantly there saying "you need me". TRUE STORY: Once I was sitting on the couch and I was thirsty for some water so I got up and poured myself a glass of the stuff! IT WAS GREATTT! Well thats a little bit about me, looking forward to making food and stuff. CATCH ME SOON FOR ANOTHER BLOG

WOW!! Who knew pizza could be dipable?!? Well our kitchen certainly did. We worked well together as a unit even after losing a member of the Cross Country team. We worked quickly and quite effectively and although our bake time was insanely long we still finished with time to spare and our dip was delectable. I also really liked the blue kitchen's chili dip; it was beany, cheesy, and OFF THE CHAIN! Props to them. XC Blogger out!

In class our kitchen was given a challenge to create an appetizer, using Ritz Crackers as the main ingredient, in fifteen minutes. We decided to make a cheese spread with garlic powder, onion powder, Kanye pepper, and melted brioche/cheddar cheeses. It turned out well considering the limited planning, however, we struggled on coming up with a plan on what to make. But once we knew what we were doing it was smooth sailing and the spread came out nice and creamy.
