Head is normally shaped with medium length, there is an injury to the right temple, including an open wound where pre-mortem bruising is evident. Neck shows no sign of injury

The right proximal humerus shows signs of a recently healed break, as does the left distal tibia

A head wound to the right temple is 2cm in length and 5 mm in depth at the center, surrounding area bruised, limited bleeding evident. No skull fracture. Right elbow bruise 2cm in diameter, limited contusion.

Blunt trauma to the head, wound indicative of a fall against a solid object, light bleeding suggesting lack of blood flow and edema in ankles

125 ml of partially digested food present

Anna Garcia wasn't feeling good she took aspirin and then she fell head first on the chair and died. Alex Garcia came over to the house to find her dead
2. Alex Garcia was mad at Anna and pushed her which made her hit her head on the chair and died

Revised theories
Because of her diabetes if affected everything she ate and how she felt which could lead up to death and since she has sickle cell anemia the transportation of oxygen and heart attacks could occur. If she potentially fainted from dizziness or something to that extent she may have landed on a hard object killing her.

When Anna did not take her medicine for her blood pressure her circulation was cut off from the narrowing of the blood vessels causing a stroke which then she fell head first on the chair
