The facts I know are

• Girls aren't treated nice

• Gender inequality is mostly in the North Americas.

I know that in gender in equality most of the time woman don't have equal rights like men. Some girls don't get the right to go to school as some people think they are made to help with household work.

I have experienced it when I had gone out I went to a coffee shop over there I was in the line with my mum but when it was our turn to order a man came in front of us when we were waiting for long and the person taking the order was also male and said nothing about it.

1. The thing which I know about' gender

   equality is that boys get more right than girls like, boy get to go to the school but then girls don't and then they have do all of the household work which their parents say at which also mostly happens to the poor people because they think that the girls will not accomplish than boys and mostly they are the ones who starts the business, earn money and etc.

2. The facts I know are:

   That now girls have rights like boys and are paid equal for school, education and etc.

   Some countries like in villages and all still think that girls will get less rights than boys.

• I know that before in the past and now in a few places, girls are not allowed to go to school or come out of their houses.

  
  

• I have experienced gender inequality before because once there were 3 toys between 4 kids including me, one was a boy and the rest 2 were girls so 2 of the girls took a toy, I said I wanted the 3rd one but the person who bought it gave it to the boy instead even though I asked first.

What I already know about gender inequality-

Gender inequality is when people do not have equal rights, some are like height, looks, skin tone and much-much more.

Mostly gender inequality is between genders and happens most to girls and women.

They do not have equal rights, and cannot get simple things in life such as: education and freedom to work.

But it is also a form of bullying and is not mandatory to happen to women, it also happens to men.

Many times, people say that women should stay at home and cook, help around and clean the house.

Many people have been taking action such as Malala Yousafzai.

People have been trying to take action and at are school it also happens, like some boys do not let other girls play with them, tease them and make fun of their rights.

Everyone has equal rights and everyone should respect them.

Gender Inequality is basically discrimination based on their gender. Its when boys get more rights than girls. Some more examples of gender inequality are Boys are getting more salary. Boys are more privellaged and they get more oppertunities. In very rare cases it can also be vica versa.

I can connect it to our SDG 5 as it aims for equal right for all. It is Gender equality.

Recently I got to know this scheme in Zara as if you see a shirt in the girls section which is 550 rs and you see the same shirt in the boys section for 330 rs. So they basically charge more many for women than men.

In the happinessof womans day hershes launched a project named sheros.

Yes, I have experienced gender inequality with me...so when I was a kid I always wanted to sprint or race but boys of my area said (IMPOSSIBLE you are just a girl) from that day onwards I have seta goal I have got the best athelete award and the championship many times and broke th record in girls for 200meter in 40sec

• Economic inequality

  More than 12,000 girls risk female genital mutilation every day.

Educate Girls NGO is a non-profit government organisation. That helps get girls in school. In the remote parts of india so that they don’t get made into child brides or be treated unfairly.

the status works quite good with them but they are a busy organisation so I need to get in touch with them maybe today if they are free.

I think Sampura's need is to have Volunteer help and we can help them in Volunteers by reaching out to programs, educational workshops, and events.

I plan to support them by buying food with my own profit I make and give the all the poor who come to Sampurna a whole free community outreach meal.
