         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>Ensure that specific and dedicated time is in your schedule for supportive and structured meetings encouraging teacher collaboration.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Ensure that all teachers involved are in alignment with this philosophy and encourage planning to incorporate individual units, year overviews and school phase progression. Make sure that these plans are easily understood by teachers and students alike.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Ensure that curriculum maps have a tangible goal or finished product, by encouraging discussions about the real-world application of concepts.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Encourage teachers to visit your classroom with the focus of encouraging an open door policy and supportive conversations after learning walks. Encourage celebrations of good practice among teachers and careful reviews of units.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>During planning stages interact with and discuss how ATL’s and the IB philosophy is being implemented within the curriculum. Ensure that teachers understand the philosophy and how it relates to curriculum planning.</p></li></ol>]]></description>
