Giant Salamanders live in wet zones.

NUTRITION:

Japanese giant salamander is carnivores

and eats a variety of animals: fish,insects,

crayfish, snails and small mammals.

They have extremely slow metabolism and can go weeks without eating,if necessary.

REPRODUCTION:

Giant Salamander is oviparous and it puts 25 or 35 eggs.

BODY CHARACTERISTICS

They have flat heads, wide tails, stubby legs, and feet with four distinct toes. Their bodies are gray or brownish gray with blue-black spots.

Black rhino’s lives in several habitats including bushlands, Riverine woodland, marshes, and their last favourable,grasslands.

NUTRITION:

Black Rhinos eat a diet that consist of leave plants, brathes and bark.

REPRODUCTION:

Black Rhino’s pregnancy last 15 - 16 months.

They are viviparous.

BODY CHARACTERISTICS:

The skin of the black rhino is dark gray or dark brown,not black. They have two horns on the nose. 

The larger anterior horn can average 1.5 feet (0.5) long. They have a large head, short neck and short, thick legs.

ABILITIES:Black rhinos have bad eyesight but they have excellent hearing. 

Rhinos can often be seen rolling around in mud, giving themselves a protective 'mud coat' to keep them cool, stop insects biting and get rid of any parasites. 

Asian rhinos are also excellent swimmers, crossing rivers with ease.
