A work relationship would be only talking about professional things or lightly personal things such as what you’re having for lunch or dinner later. You would also have boundaries to what you would talk about in a private setting, such as not talking about your intimate life even in private inside a nursery setting, as it is not professional, and can cross some boundaries in the relationship/friendship.

WR-you don’t get to choose who you work with and talk to everyday so you may work with someone you don’t particularly like or have problems with and you’ll have to forget about your issues with them and get on with the work no matter if you don’t like them and you have assigned shifts and days you have to be there for and you can’t change them to suit yourself.

PR-you can chose who you work with and talk to everyday so if you have a problem with someone you can always ask to work with someone you don’t and you’ll can choose what days you do to make it more convenient for you and your own skedual.
