It was a fun and exciting day to kick off the Week of Welcome, exploring different villages and enjoying the sights. We had a great time running our booth and were thrilled to see our freshmen drop by to join in the fun.

I took the lead in facilitating our department’s clean-up drive, ensuring everyone was actively involved in keeping our surroundings neat and welcoming. I also managed the attendance to make sure all participants were accounted for and recognized for their efforts.

We were tasked to transfer documents to make a copy. After that, we went to the booth to carry out our assigned tasks.

We were assigned to facilitate the attendance for the department orientation, making sure that every participant was properly recorded. I felt glad and accomplished to be able to help in organizing the event, knowing that my contribution played a part in keeping things orderly and smooth. It was a fulfilling experience to be part of an important activity for our department.
