Despite these challenges, we successfully added (1a) the Employee side SSO to Cerner, in addition to the (1b) campaign assignment, and (2a) tested the SSO from the Member Portal side to Cerner, leaving (2b) the campaign assignment to work on PI22.1. 

The assumption of campaign assignment (1b & 2b) is to be done by Cerner Admin Tool at the beginning of the PI as agreed by all parties during a meeting. Before going live on 1/1, we attempted the campaign assignment via code because the Admin tool is not available yet. Indeed, we completed the campaign assignment for the Employee side (1b). However, we will need additional time to understand the Cerner campaign requirements for the Member Portal side (2b). 

In summary, we can consider the Cerner SSO (1a & 2a) successful with the additional task completed (1b, campaign assignment for Employees) in the last PI. Furthermore, via this PI, we proved that we had great teamwork between BCBSLA, Cerner, and CapG teams. Appreciate everyone's hard work to complete the PI21.4!
