When taking supplements you need to be aware that while they do provide nutritional value it doesn't provide all that you need and you need to still eat healthy and exercise and take care of yourself.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My brother was lacking protein in his diet so he would put protein powder in his drinks to have more protein in his body. Adding the extra protein that he wasn't getting with his normal diet helped him but he had to keep trying many powders until he found one that would cause another side effect like tiredness or dehydration. With a healthy diet and the extra protein he had a very healthy lifestyle.</div>]]></description>
