* My favorite song, if I had to choose just one, would have to be "With or Without You" by U2. This song was a favorite of my uncle Tony who bought me this album when I was pretty young. I remember listening to it 10 times in a row and immediately identified with it and fell in love with the U2 sound.

* My 3 favorite musical groups are The Beatles, U2, and Third Day. All three of these groups, although very different from one another, all strive for honesty and innovation in their sound and write songs that are positive and thought provoking and transcend language, age, and culture.

* I love the variety, the word play, and the innovative use of instruments. With U2, the Edges guitar innovation and the heavy use of effects is mind blowing.

*Bohemian Rhapsody would have to be my favorite song because it was one of the first songs i ever heard when i started listening to music. I also can connect with the lyrics and love the story that the song tells with the different genres of music that the song uses.

*My three favorite musical groups are Queen, The Beatles, and Twenty One Pilots. I like that the majority of these songs from these artists have happy melodies and yet have deeper and somewhat sad meanings. I like to hear the stories that these artists tell and find out why these stories are being told. I also like each of the artists style of music.

*The lyrics, the mix of fast and low tempos, the melloness of the instruments and flow of the lyrics are all aspects of this music that appeal to me. I also very much enjoy the piano melodies that are in the music and the guitars used.

*Hyphy is a mellow tone smooth and soft style of music . It has a slow form with not much other than a bass some beats and the lyrics. Generally the lyrics are pretty mellow too.
Lo-fi is a medium paced sad/ clear music style with the main instrumentals coming from an acoustic guitar.

*I prefer Hyphy because it sounds more smooth and clear. Along with the songs being mainly mellow which is my style of music.

*The songs are detailed very sharpley and don't have a nice tone. The style is very loud and doesn't have a nice sounding melody.

1-.Perjurio, Romeo Santos: because the song talk about the reality of life (in this song the reality of relationships), sometimes the persons in the relationship they are together for the wrong reasons and not for love and that´s what the song talks, and that´s why I like.

2-. Group #1: Reggeton I liked because the most artist it has good music and it has good rhythm.
Artist #2: Romeo Santos, I like it because most of his songs talk about the ¨reality¨ of life, only that a little more inclined towards about life.
Groups music #3: Banda, and Norteño, these two genres I like at first because it is what I like to dance more, and second because they are Mexican genres and they have good songs about love and the reality of life.

3-. About what the songs speaks and how composed (related).

5-. I think that I do not have one in specific actually I have two and they are Pop, and the Norteño genre.
Pop, because I think it has a little bit for everything, they are not singing about a topic in specific they will be discussing various types of themes.
Norteño genre, because it talks a lot about love of before, a love more ¨romantic¨, more ¨real¨, true love¨, and also because it is genre that I like very much dance, and it reminds me many good things of my family and it brings to me nostalgic and at the same time happiness.

6-. I found less attractive other genres because there not music that I feel. I do not like the harmony of other type of music and the pitch of other genres its not what I like what I like of music it´s the rhythm and if other genres don’t have a good rhythm it is probably hat I would found the genres un appealing.

Jazz and Hip Hop are the two genres of music that i studied today in this lesson . Hip Hop is the one i like more because its one of the genres i can relate to most. · What is your favorite song and why? My favorite song is “Wifin you” by Montana of 300. This is my favorite song because I can relate to some of the lyrics. Some of the topics he raps about are exactly how I feel.

· Who are your three favorite musical groups or artist and why? My top three artists are Montana of 300, Drake, and jeremih. They are all considered rap artists but what I like about all of them is they all produce music that is meaningful to me. All of their music interest me in a way that no any other artist does.

· What qualities of this music are appealing to you? Some qualities about this music that is appealing to me is the flow of the music. The words that are said in the music get me to sing along.

· Genres

Some genres I studied in this lesson was Old school hip hop and Jazz.

· Which genre do you like more and why? I prefer Old school hip hop over jazz. I like the flow of hip hop and the vibe it gives me when I listen to it.

· One reason I prefer rap or hip hop over other genres of music is because rap and hip hop have different lyrics than ever another music genre.

The typical instruments used in are the drums and the bass. I like that loud beat that rap and hip hop produce.

One reason why I find other genres less appealing to me is because I am a simple person. I have been listening to rap and hip hop since I was about 6 now I’m 14 it’s something I am familiar with. Things that catch my attention about rap is the lyrics. Rap lyrics are different from every other music genre in my opinion. The pitch of rap music is almost always on the higher side u can always hear what’s being said. A lot of rap music has a fast tempo other music genres are too slow for me and they don’t get me to sing along. Some genres are not interesting to me because the typical instruments that are being used. Some genres use too many instruments for my liking, rap is simple with the drums, bass and the rapper and sometimes a piano.

good day to all guys my name is Juan Abraham Barraza and I really love music any type of music but if I had to choose I would silence by marshmello because I love the way he does music.

my favorite artist are marshmallow, saving forever , avicci because with that beat I bring the excitement because it will pump up the blood in your system.

qualities of music are simply advancing during time passes because it went straight to simple rock to electronic remix and rap but they are simply amazing everyday we listen to them on the radio.

r&b is mostly ever type of music around us like the weekend , bruno mars , drake and that other stuff its mostly our music that is what we listen to.

dub step is a different type of music that we could only here in birthday parties like there is a couple of dubstep today like marshmallow and skillex and all those other artist.

mostly I really like remix and me today is studying to become the greatest musician of all time and I want to make a unit of people to help people and share my music.

not to be picky but mostly I don't like god song like what you would listen at church to me it just show sadness and that maybe that something bad will happen if I keep listen like somebody will die mostly I want to think positive because it what everybody wants to do.

my favorite song is MY IMMORTAL by EVANESCENCE because its the way i feel and can relate to. my mom introduced evanescence to me when i was little and i loved it, my favorite person from the band is AMY LEE she is the lead singer and pianist.

my three favorite rock groups are EVANESCENCE, P.O.D, and IMAGINE DRAGONS. P.O.D has one song that i really love the name of the song is BEAUTIFUL. WHY?- because many times i was brought down i felt like i wasn't alive or that i wasn't worth anything at all but an old friend that had past way when i was little said that he new a song that would cheer me up, as soon as i listened to this song i could relate to it. IMAGINE DRAGONS is a cool band that is awesome their songs made me feel like i was different and that i shouldn't care what anybody thinks or says.

I'm new, but i don't really have a favorite song but i do enjoy a song called, "I'm still standing" by Elton John. To me it has a lot of meaning.
One of my favorite group is a group called , "Three Days Grace" only because they have a lot of good songs. I also like a group called Metallica because i had grew up with it and well their music is good. And well i listen to a lot of Eminem because he's a god.
Some qualities that i enjoy in music is a catchy beat of course and well if the song makes sense, for example a lot of the "rap" songs that were recently made are weird and stupid to me.

I am not a fan of this type of music and have never been. I cant relate with any of the lyrics and overall don't like the genres that came out during this time period. I was born the summer of June 10 , 2003 and that close week 21 questions by 50 cent ft. Nate Dogg began to become very popular and I didn't here that day well because I was only 1 minute born

later on when I was born i start hearing a song there was bruno mars and all that but I like that year I like lose yourself by Eminem and it was awesome I remember playing to that song and when your a 7 year old with a big imagination when you think of awesome things :D

Born in 2000, in September, the most popular song in those days is called Stan, the song Eminem and Dido, personally that song I liked before knowing that it was created when in the times that I was born, in fact my big sister I dance her in her xv, is a cacion that has a very good rhythm.
The most popular song in the middle of my life that would be the year between the middle of the year 2009, in that time of the most popular songs was one of Lady Gaga, the song is called The Fame, that cacion is not my but when I take that song I also get an album and on that album there are other songs that if they are more to my liking, they have a little more rhythm, and more to what I like.
One of the most popular Billords songs is an Adele, and Adele has always been one of my favorite artists.
Compared to these three songs of different "generations" are somewhat similar but are characterized by the genre in which they are characterized, something important of these 3 songs is that the artists who sing them are still famous and continue to create songs that to date is still posing as popular.

I learned that copy right lasts for life plus 70 and that youtube pays the royalties for copy right protected things and I learned that if you brake a copy right law then you have to bay a fee called a royalty and the question I have is what happened to Mr. green

what I learned from copyright law is that when anything created like a music , movie , or anything created on the internet is now there by protection with the copyright law. so mostly is if you want to break well don't cause if caught you'll have to pay a fee call royalty so mostly the say it to many time before a movie there is a copy right law saying before you watch the movie so mostly if you try to get caught then you getting a lot payment. copyright law last for a very long like 70 years it takes for the copyright law to act so mostly if your like a very heath man about to turn 100 then you lucky and it pretty cool but anyways but if you wait 95 years for the copyright law to end you are able to take the song of movie.... and so long there is no shortcuts for this process there only patients. question: could every producer get copyright law and how does the viewers get to know if it is protected by copyright law.

I learned that you have to pay royalties to avoid copyright violations. A poor mans copyright includes writing a tangible version of your work with a date and mailing it to yourself. Copyright lasts for its owners life plus 70 years. As long as you give credit to an artist and pay royalties you can use or sample others work. Some work also follows fair use which doesn't go against copyright law.
Question: What can be considered fair use.
Question: After the copyright law has already passed its owners life plus the 70 years do you have to buy the rights to use their work or is it free to use.

What I learned is that copyright law is a right to protect a work that has been written down, However it cannot protect small bits of a written portion because than it will effect to much. The copyright process lasts a lifetime plus 70 years. I also learned that from there you can buy or sell the copyright to other people and the copyright process will last there life time plus 70 years. I have nothing else that I need to know about the copyright process as it was fairly easy to understand.

I learned that if you copyrighted a piece of your work, it would last your whole lifetime plus 70 years after your death. YouTube has a lot of problems with infrigment and copyright use. If you wanted to use an instrumental of a song, would you contact the producer, the person who made the beat
or the artist who made It? Would you be able to make money ?

What I learned about copyright is that it isn't forever. and you can get payed if others use your work . also that if you wanted to use someones song or instrumentals you would have to contact the original composer. My question is : Why should we pay royals a lot of money for a song that is just 3 to 5 minutes long ?
