Second objective is to make the students know how to use our library system. It is because some students do not have opportunity to access their information in library, so our library provide many kind of sources that the students can search and use it as their reference and student can search anything in our library by accessing the website that library provided which is Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) that the students can access resources of library using several access point. This system is very easy and fast because it can retrieve accurate records of they actually need. Some of the students might now give knowledge about this system, so our library wants to make sure they use this system to achieve their needs because this system has provided a lot of materials that can be use by basic keyword, series, ISBN/ISNN to search OPAC.

Third objective is to make the student feel convenient with the library environment because the librarian has allocate the material according to the suitable section that can be found from the students. Our library which is PTDI has provide some section space for the students to find their information or asking the librarian because PTDI has an effective way to make sure the students can get their material properly. For example, in PTDI we are having computer lab, group study room, open space like the space for students to read book or make some discussion, theatre room and bibliography lab. So, this is can show that PTDI really has a good environment for the students as their reference and come to the PTDI anytime based on their needs.

This tutorial is very important especially for new students because they will use the feature. OPAC is a system that can be used to find any materials that needed and of them is a book. It will be useful for them especially for Information Management students that will learn the basic on how to find the material they need. 
 
Students also can use this method when they need to find the book that related to their assignment. They can easily retrieve the information of the book to put as references. Whereby they also can find the books at the shelf very easily.

We propose to make virtual library tour for students’ part one. Since most of the student cannot entered university for a certain time, we will use virtual library tour as first activity with them. This activity can make them know where the library at and know how the condition in the library. 

We will also guide and teach them on how to locate their material. The advantage from this activity is they will know the location of the materials they needed without searching in each of the shelves in the library. It also can save their time because they also will know whether the materials have in our library or other UITM branch library.
