         <title>I&#39;ve incorporated my active goal every day because I got a new puppy, so I play outside with both. I used the strength of wanting to train both dogs and spend time with them. I&#39;ve worked on my connect goal by having lunch with my friends on our free time. I struggled with finding time to work on my nails since I&#39;ve been moving, but plan to find time during the week. Some barriers I have faced are finding motivation and time. I plan to change the walking to spending outside time with my animals. I haven&#39;t started my mindfulness goal and give goal yet. </title>

         <title>I was successful with my learn goal by practicing on my family members and myself sometimes I left the nails on for a week and redid them when I got bored or needed to fix them. I used a priority strength to work on my learn goal because I in cooperated it into my self-care routine. Some barriers I had were liking the nails and not wanting to redo them and finding time to get the nails done because I tend to spend an hour or more to do them. My plan to be successful at this goal was in cooperating it into my self-care routine. I was successful with my mindfulness goal throughout the time frame because instead of bottling my stressors and feelings in I communicated with my support system and got help when I needed it. I pushed my pride out and let people in which was the strength I needed to be successful at this goal. Some barriers I faced was opening up about what I was struggling with. My plan to be successful is continuing to get help and letting people know my feelings and stresses. For my give goal I&#39;ve been taking baths and laying on bed watching something I enjoy and allowing that time for myself. Some strengths I used when accomplishing this goal was telling people &quot;I just need a few minutes for myself.&quot; Some challenges I faced was finding time, but I found that in the morning before I head to class was the best for me to just be alone or at night in the bath. My plan to be successful at this goal is to continue to find the times that work best for me like the mornings and evenings. </title>

         <title>Update Three: Expectations, division of household labor and cost of raising a child will play into my future decision making by doing things evenly and holding off on having a child until I am finically able and can raise the child stably. These future decisions will hopefully impact my well-being in a beneficial and healthy way. I can maintain and enhance my well-being after this project by continuing to work on my goals and being more mindful of the decisions I make and of those around me. </title>
