         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is my most used report. It allows me to see where students are every month and if they are on track to meet their EOY goals. The students HAVE TO track this data to increase ownership, and they use their data graphs to brag at parent teacher conferences. Also, every month, I print out and mail home the parent letter on their students' Lexile score, adding notes on the side such as "+150 points and 1 grade level since August!!"&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I need to spend more time looking at how my students are performing on activities and communicating that with them. I do one on one with lexiles and this could be an added benefit with a short discussion on what possible solutions and improvements we can make. &nbsp;<br><br>I will implement this at the end of February when the next one on one are scheduled.&nbsp;<br><br>I also want to focus more on the report for how my students are performing on standards. Our district has a pacing guide for standards I follow. I need to look more closely at how my students are doing on the standards for the week and assigning individuals a lesson for the standard they are struggling with. I would also like to focus some more on the PARCC standards as we get closer to testing. I shy away from the lessons with video clips because our technology department has everything blocked. I have to get permission a week ahead of time and still sometimes it does not work. I get frustrated. I need to try again.&nbsp;<br><br>I would like to implement these within the next couple weeks.&nbsp;<br><br>I look at most of the reports because each student keeps data in their binders (Lexile Tracker, Activity Scores), we have competitions on points/growth/activities/40 lesson goals, and I progress monitor my students.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I need to improve on communicating growth and regression with students and parents to increase accountability.&nbsp;<br>Many times they have no idea what their students are doing and how they are performing.&nbsp;<br>I am going to use the authentic performance portfolio to provide parents and students with a more in depth look at their progress and to provide actual writing samples. Also, this is great to really communicate what we do to administrators and officials.&nbsp;<br>I am going to start using this immediately!!! I may even host a parent info night to help parents understand the report, or, if I can arrange it, create parent teacher data teams for quarterly analysis. </div>]]></description>
