The children listened thoughtfully as we explored how reflection can help us to be thankful, ask questions, share worries and celebrate special moments. We discussed that there is no right or wrong way to reflect and that our journals are a personal space to record prayers, thoughts, drawings and reflections.

The children spent time writing or drawing their very first reflection in their journals and showed great maturity and thoughtfulness. It was lovely to see them engaging so positively with this new opportunity to pause, think and grow in their faith journey.
