         <description><![CDATA[<div>There were many jobs in Jamestown but many people didn't have jobs. There were 15 jobs that the Jamestown colonists were allowed to have. Those included, governors,  gentlemen, laborers, barrel makers, carpenters, blacksmiths, sail makers, barber, bricklayers, masons, tobacco pipe makers, tailors, drummers, preachers, boyes, jewelers, refiners and goldsmiths, gunsmiths, wig makers, druggists, and surgeons.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The "Starving Time" was in the winter of 1609-1610. The colonists of Jamestown had nothing to eat. They ended up eating their dogs, cats, horses, and some clothing articles. By 1611, 80% of the colonists were dead. </div>]]></description>
