Highlight in PL journey so far: learning how to communicate (especially things that are difficult to hear) with parents

What made it meaningful: Getting to be an advocate for the child has always been something that excites me. I feel that recently I've been beginning to learn how to do that well.

A feature that could be included in EZ meetings: I enjoy members time and wonder if there could be some time dedicated to sharing our learnings from casework/systems work.

highlight: attending the inaugural developmental paediatrics conference.

It was a f2f event over two days and included health care and mental health professionals so I got to hear about the issues across the different but related spaces. I think the f2f aspect of the conference was helpful for me + being in a different environment -> protected time to just be exposed to different ideas.
