The sound starts quiet and low toned. This happens until we see a large space craft enter the screen this is were the sound becomes louder and also changes its tone so the sound is more evil. This is made by them adding other instruments to the sound. This is done to make the audience unsure about what is going to happen and what intensions this large space craft has. This sound would be on a album and made by people playing specific instruments at different times. They have edited the sound so it is shortened to this specific short intro scene. This scenes shows two of the main characters trying to steal a space craft from the enemy base. The sound stars at 1:20 and this sounds is the space craft setting of but then you hear the space craft getting stuck. In this short scene all you can hear is the space craft engine and the sound of the metal stopping the space craft taking off. In the scene we can also see people walking and talking but this can not be heard in the scene. It is a short sound clip but the meaning and sound of this clip helps evolve the story of the film. In the scene we see the main villain in the film (Kylo Ren) questioning if he is still a villain and is confused what he motives are. In the he ask for audience from the Helmet (and ghost) of the former villain (and Kylo Rens Grandfather) Darth Vader. In the short sound clip I have chosen you can hear the dark sound of Darth Vader's main song which is related to just him, but this time the sound is a lot darker and sounds evil. This short sound clip helps to show that the villain Kylo Ren now knows that he is the villain and that he now knows what his motives are and that is to carry on from his grandfathers work. The sound that I will be analysing starts at 7:00 and ends at 7:45. At the start of the clip that I have chosen the music starts soft with not as much beat in the song but after as the camera zooms out the song starts to get louder. With this the beat in the music starts to get louder as well but the beat as a lighter tone as the actually music gets louder. The music then gets quicker when we see the batman's symbol appear in the sky. This music helps to show that there is hope which is represented as batman. This scene shows that batman could save the city that has been took over by crime. The music helps in this scene to make the audience feel hope. The producers would have to cut any background noise in this scene. This is a intense scene because this is were we see the city fall and get over run by the criminals. We also see in this scene the general public in the city evacuating into buses. The scene that I am analysing starts from 5:24 and ends at 5:45. The music in this scene is fast and loud music that goes high and low quick. They do this to make the seen more intense and also to make the audience feel like there is going to be nothing left of this city. They helps to add more story by seeing all these people evacuate their homes. In this we can also hear people screaming in fear and terror this also makes the audience worried for the civilians and wondering what will happen to them. This also helps to progress the story further as the sound shows haste with everyone evacuating.
