Dory gets in quarintine and meets a septopus, Hank. Dory finds her pipe pal, Destiny. Dory finds out that her parents are in quarintine with all of the other blue tangs. Dory panics because she heard from another blue tang that her parent are dead. She worried and, Dory being Dory, she got lost and fell into the drainage hole leading up to the ocean. she sees a path of shells and follows it leading up to her home. Marling, Nemo, Dory and her family live happily ever after.

Another example is a cell project that I had in science. I decided to work with my best friend, Charlotte. We already knew that we wanted to make a cake representing a animal cell. I went to her house because she was baking the cake and I was brnging the candy and other supplies. We had lots of fun. I definetly don't regret that decison at all because it was probably the best project we have ever made together. As we were getting our grades, we got a 100 while others got 90s, 80s, and lower. For example, my science class had to model  a animal or plant cell for a project. So my partner and I got together and decided that we're going to do a plant cell. For this purpose, we had to complete different jobs. My partner bought the materials for our project. I modeled the organelles inside the cell and collected the information about it. We both got together to label, paint, and fix any mistakes that we made on the cell. As a result, all the hard work we put into the  cell got us to a 70 for the project. Even though we didn't get a 100, my partner and I did a good job.
 Another way to show that working in groups are better is in the TV series , "Law and Order." The show is about a group of detectives working together to solve crimes. In 1 episode, a high-ranking  detective named Liv let Noah, her son, go to the mall with his grandmother. Shelia, the grandmother, had her
back turned on Noah. But when she call his name, he didn't answer. A few moments later, Shelia knew that Noah was kidnapped. So she called Liv and her group of detectives to find him. They looked on the security cameras and saw a man walking with Noah. The detectives followed the man and asked questions to figure out why he took Noah. It turns out that all of this was planned by Shelia, and she was hiding in his cabin with Noah. All of the detectives and police found the cabin with Shelia and Noah in it. Well there is a whole group that helps- the actors, directors, the makeup people, the sound effect people, and the costume designers. The actors are one of the most important people, they make the character's actions a reality. The costume designers and makeup people are essential to the character's unique design. Directors decide what should be in the movie, they also help guide the  actors. Sounds are what make the movie dramatic, which is why the people that produce the sound and sink it with the movie when they edit it are important. Making a movie is a group project that movie producers work on together, missing one of these people would cause a problem in the movie making process.
One of my personal experiences is when I had a contest at a Halloween party. The goal was to have the best dress made out of streamers, a garbage bag, and duck tape, the groups had four people in them. First my group assigned a designer, then we made my friend the model, we also assigned the streamer person (which cuts the streamer), and the duck tape person, (I cut the duck tape.) We were on a time limit of ten minutes. We all rushed to tape streamers to the garbage bag. We made a hair piece, a train for the back of the dress and made rips in the dress to make it look more dramatic. In the end my team won against the other team. The seventh and eighth grade "A" team and "B" team are built by athletic volleyball players. The entire team have been competing since September to November, 2017. They worked together to try and achieve the goal of winning championship by defeating team after team. Although they seem to have a godly like description, they practice in order to be recognized. When it came to the last game of the season the tigers gave their best efforts. The results were very exhilarating knowing that seventh grade "A" team and both eighth grade teams won the championship for Terry! As a result, teamwork can bring great accomplishments and self-honor.
In addition to teamwork, the historical American Revolution. If you have lived under a rock, the American Revolution was a war between America and British. The Americans were very faithful and loyal towards the British, but Britain taxed, abused, controlled, and rudely treated the Americans in a beggar manner. While the rich Britain's lived independently, the Americans suffered from disease and Native American attacks. Consequently, America rebelled against British forces together in order to live their lives independently. After months and months of battling, British forces surrendered and fled back to Britain           thankfully to the hard teamwork American forces embraced. For Instance, I play a game called "Fortnite," a building and friendly shooting game. In the game, you need to run from a storm, raid abandoned places for guns and equipment, collect materials for building, and shoot other players to get to the top. I was playing this game on "Squad Mode," and I entered a server. I spawned and started raiding and collecting things. My player, doing my own thing, got hit by a bullet. I started building around me to prevent getting injured. Suddenly, I hear another shot, but it was aimed to me. I peeked around and saw that my teammates got my back. I joined them to help heal others and destroy the other team. We eventually ended up winning. 

Another example would be a boy band called "BTS." They are a Korean boy band of 7 boys: Rap Monster, Jin, J-Hope, Suga, V, Jimin, and Jungkook. As a boy band, of course they're going to face problems. Most importantly though, they work together to make amazing music. Examples of their work are "DNA," "Silver Spoon," and "Mic Drop." Also, because they worked so hard on "Mic Drop," it became number one on trending for YouTube. They help each other with lyrics, the beats and rhythm, the choreography, and the music. In addition, they also help each other through hard times. On December 18, 2017, Jonghyung, a Korean singer,  died from suicide. One of the BTS members, V, was close to him and it was hard to go through. We had trained extreamly hard to get their and we weren't going down that easy. In addition to us training hard, we would also have to learn how to become better teammates. It was finaly the  day and everyone was ready. While in the dugout we reviewed on things that could happen and the took to the field. The game started and the score went back and fourth. Then near the end of of the game we got in the  lead of 17 to 12. They couldn't come back. We won and eventually got trophies for our victory.

Not only does my baseball team use teamwork, but also the people who fought in World War 2. For those of you who don't know, World War 2 started when the Prime Minister of Britain, Neville Chamberlain, declared war on Germany.This is when countries choosing sides, Axis or Allies. The Axis were Germany, Japan, and Italy. The Allies were 23 countries, including the US. The United states joined when Japan bombed Pearl Harbor. The 23 countries fought as a team to stop the war. It was a group project which I worked on with two of my good friends. The project was to write all the forms of energy, an example, and definition of each them. We split the work, so one of us looked for examples, definitions, and one of us wrote on the poster.  Even though we joked around a bit, we help each other out. I even learned some things I did not fully understand. Of course, when I worked in a group I had fun, learned new things, and we got the job done.

Likewise, when the Texans fought for independence during the Texas Revolution, they worked together as a group. Our fellow Texans worked with each other to fight the Mexican army. They made strategies together, and probably most of them shared some  ideas, plans, and even supplies. In spite of losing the battle at the Alamo they did not give up. They continued to fight together until they won their independence. My partners answered questions about the shoes, and I drew a sketch of the shoes, since I'm good at drawing. Afterwards, we all worked together to make an advertisement video . As soon as we finished, we turned in the work and got good grades.

If you work together, a variety of things can be accomplished. You can find teamwork in many movies, plays, and daily life . Teamwork gives many helping hands, like in the Peter Pan play I enjoyed watching with my family. In the play, Peter Pan and the Indians didn't like each other,. One day, Peter  Pan made friends with an Indian, and soon the Lost Boys and the Indians became friends, and worked together to defeat Captain Hook. I drew out a draft of the board and got to printing pictures, cutting paper, and gluing glitter.  Once i was finished I stepped back drew a breath, and let it out. As I handed in my poster the groups gawked in amazement.                   
Similar to my story was Thomas Edison was also independent in making a filament that actually lasted. He started as a telegrapher in the civil war, although he  had hearing problem. He created small inventions for his hearing, until he quit to become a full time inventor. From 1870-1875 he had a telegraphing business. Later he and his father built a lab and machine shop. Edison finally made a breakthrough on Oct. 18 with the light bulb filament. After long-lasting legal issues Edison was credited.

Nemo was then put in a tank with other fish. Nemo's dad was planning to find where he was and save him, with a help of his friend dory. Nemo and his friends planned on getting out of the tank but it would be difficult with just one person, so everyone had a part in this escape. So nemo went into the filter and placed a rock so that the tank could get dirty and the fish were put in another bowl to escape. This plan worked with the help of all the fish they escaped. Also on the way back many fish had gotten caught in a huge net so the fish worked together and swam down and broke the machine that was bringing the fish up.

Another example on how teamwork makes the dream work was when my football team was going against this football team who was average but had 3-4 very good players, our team was alright. So we were nervous and because of this we were down by 2 touchdowns by half time. During halftime the coach gave us a prep talk and told us that " that other team isn't good, they only rely on the 3-4 good players , us on the other hand were unstoppable when we play as a team". We took this and carried it on the field, we started working as a team and sooner than you know it we were in the lead by 2 points. Hulk gave loki a good beating while slinging him back and forth ,and thor hit him good with his hammer. Another example is my choir. We all sing together and make harmony. Their are sopranos for the higher voices and altos for the lower voices. Our orchestra is taught by Mrs. Moten, who always keeps us on track. She told us that even the good songs and melodies require everyone to play, such as Star Wars (Main Theme), Morning Mood, and our class favorite, Spartacus. If only one person plays, then it's not truly an orchestra, and if you want to hear it in harmony (which a lot of people do), everyone has to play. Sure, orchestra is still a little bit harder than the other electives, but if we all help each other, than anything could be accomplished.
   Another group that is better off working together is the game company, Nintendo. Their games include Super Mario, Legend of Zelda, Kirby, etc. These games aren't the making of just one person, but of different people with great ideas. Because of this, they never made any terrible games. If there was only one person working, it will take a very long time to make for only one game. If they keep working as a team, the company will never go bankrupt.
