I often buy it when I don't have much time for dinner，because it doesn’t take me so long to wait，and I can finish eating it in a short time.And the most important is that IT IS SALIVATING!!!!

I deem the minced pork ball is one of the most famous foods in Hsinchu ,and I absolutely love it.
Obviously,the minced pork ball is made by minced pork,which is mashed by machine,so it tastes chewy and delicate!Its appearance is a uneven circle,looking a little brown.
I love it because it have chewy texture but not too harshly.
There are many shops which sell the minced pork ball around Hsinchu ,and the shops near the temples and traditional markets especially.
Minced pork balls can also cook as soup with adding the white radish,cilantro,and so on. It makes the soup flavorful and tasty.

The store located at the corner of a small alley across FE21. It is decorated into an arty style. All the decorations there are textured. Some pretty girls will take a nice picture here with their fantastic dessert. The sun shine and the wind blow softly. It is like a scene in the fairy tales. When I was still making a line, the smell of baked pie crust rushing into my nose! That made me feel I was stay in a gingerbread house. Every time I think about the Chinese restaurant, DIN TAI FUNG always comes to my mind. I like the pork chop fried rice there because its pork is really crispy and the rice with egg is perfect. The sesame mochi in sweet soup is my favorite dessert, white machi balls filled with rich sesame paste and served light and refreshed sweet soup. The pork xiaolongbao is my favorite dish there because of its thin skin and juicy filling aside.

This restaurant’s area is very clean and light. Waiters and waitresses there always smile and talk politely. And this restaurant is now an internationally recognized brand. Because of its natural ingredients, handmade dough, and top quality filling, this is my favorite Chinese restaurant.
