Sometimes, the compensation given is unreasonable to market price. It will delays the construction period and waste the money as need to bring the issue to the court again and again which is inefficient at all.

:  knowledge should be disseminated appropriately and to encourage the participation of community groups as representatives of grassroots community people.

Community Finance
  1. Need better understanding and definition.
  2. Assess the benefits of pooled resources - many small groups coming together. 
  3. Learn from a positive experience, build trust, build partnerships with government institutions to create specific funds for Community Development.
  4. Define clearly what money is for and what the risks and rewards are.
  5. Have a management plan for the funds, including regulations, backed by research and capacity to manage.
