This song conveys different abilities of different people but all are same because everybody is a human!
Ability to me means the things people can do and on what they are good at. It can be weaknesses and stregnths.

I Think The Song Means Everybody Is Different But The Same At The Same Time. Eg: Everybody Looks Different, But Think About It. We Might Have Eyes Which Are Blue, Brown, Green, And Maybe Other Colors. But We Still Have Eyes.

I think ability means something special YOU can do. Something like a special talent that makes you special. Everyone has this special ability that makes everyone special. For example my mother can draw with 2 hands at once.

I think the song meant everyone is equal. No one is worth more or less. We are all different but we are all equal no matter how we look, how we think, etc.
