         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Humans are a large contributor to the much of the parameter fluctuation in the water. Causes that allow this to happen is cars will drip oil in the roads, or salt will be poured on the roads during winter. Eventually when it rains all of those substances will turn into runoff and eventually flow into the stream. </div>]]></description>
