I stand for gun rights. It is our constitutional right to carry and conceal firearms. They make people safer by being able to defend. Murderers will always find harmful ways to kill people even if guns are taken away (9/11, Paris, Bombs, etc.). Criminals don't follow the law anyways and disarming citizens is like arming the criminals. Saying guns kill people is like saying cars kill people, they don't, people kill people.

I don't think the government should put restrictions on gun rights. My Opinion:
I feel like overall, Uniforms as creative as they could get, yet they aren't, are a definite "N-O".
School Uniforms, to me, lack self-expression. They're simply worn to represent the institution that you are enrolled in. As people mature from being children, to adolescents, and into young adulthood, they should develop a sense of individuality. To me, school uniforms constrict an individual's ability to learn self expression through appearance; seeing and feeling what they do and do not like; in a sense, finding themselves.

Opinion and Why: I personally feel that animal testing is necessary. Especially in regards to science and developing new treatments and observing long-term impacts. Certain species that are tested on are in excess and allow for large-scale studies as well as long term studies due to animals usually having shorter lifespans than humans.

2. Pros-it may have a deterrent affect on crime, there may not be other penalties severe enough
Cons-death penalty may be more expensive than life in prison, killing by retribution may not be morally right
3. I do not think that there should be a death penalty. I think that life in prison is punishment enough. Deciding if someone should live or die should not be left up to a court because it could depend on quality of the attorney. In addition, there is always the possibility that an innocent person will receive the death penalty.
5. I think that there needs to be further investigation into the broader impacts that the death penalty has on individuals and the community. Any decision that should be made needs to be made with the help of research.
