Although AI can be scary, we should move more towards AI use in the future. AI can be beneficial within many industries to help automate human tasks, proving to be more efficient and getting consumers help faster. Some may argue that AI can be unsafe, but the more we know and try to understand AI, the more we can prioritize it and use it for good. AI and ourselves will also learn from mistakes, and over time we will be able to use AI to its full advantage.

I think that Human Skills should always be the priority. If nothing drastic changes in 50 years, AI and it being implemented in the workplace is something that will not because very popular. Yes, having AI is very helpful with helping reduce costs and not having to pay for employees wages, but like stated in the prompt. AI lacks the ability to make ethical decisions and effectively do the job. The ability to critically think is something that AI does not have and will never have, it is programed to do one thing and one thing only. That is to come up with an answer. Humans on the other hand have these abilities which allows them to pass certain challenges and dilemmas that they face.

Humans should always be the ones to operate the computers and AI. Computers are not always right in every situation, there are times when there is an exception to some things. AI can be a very useful tool, but it should not get to the point where computers are doing everything. It is much easier to talk to a human when trying to reach customer service, computers only know so many questions and answers.

With the example of autonomous semi-trucks, a lot of people in the future who dedicated months of work getting their CDL could potentially be out of a job. Although it's an amazing idea to have fully self driving trucks it isn't something that could take over for decades. With the combination of human skills and AI skills, less people will lose jobs and the job itself could be straightforward.

One reason I think this is because even though AI is helpful in some situations, I don't believe it could be as helpful as humans. AI is generated by humans anyways so why not just prioritize the human side of things. Another reason is that AI can't meet face to face to discuss situations or problems as a team. Humans can get together, bring ideas together, and over-all work better then AI could.

AI can do a lot to help companies and speed up the work, but when something goes sideways you need human decision making. If something fails or doesn’t go the way you planned, would you let AI determine the fate of your company with its next decision? Vice versa, if your company does very well with one thing, AI might just try to squeeze as much as it can out with that certain product or thing until it is dead. It’s about adapting and changing based on what is happening now. I don’t think AI has that capability yet.

The only way AI would truly work to its full potential is if everything around it also was AI. Say a self driving car is on the road. That self driving car, apart from technical difficulty of course, will operate smoothly in a controlled environment. If there are humans working with AI, the AI can not control what it doesn't know. Humans are capable of making decisions however they choose. This can cause extreme problems for the AI, in the case of the self driving car example.

Human skills should be the priority. People can make decisions with emotion and logic, which is necessary in some circumstances. Although AI can be a great tool to suggest solutions ultimately there are just some circumstances where a human's input and emotion are needed to make the best decisions.

If time was invested in the middle and lower management there would be best. There is a reason why I say this the Peter principle. The Peter principle states that people are promoted to their point of incompetence, so if it could be avoided it should often in company’s it is costly to implement a reform like this but it has been done. To sum up what I have wrote it is simple invest in people to invest in the company.
