         <description><![CDATA[<div>A man is at his first day of a new job and doesn't know how to introduce himself to his coworkers.<br><br>A little girl cannot answer questions in class for fear of being wrong, or that her voice will sound weak.<br><br>A woman cannot eat in public for fear that people will watch her and judge her.<br><br>These people most likely realize that these thoughts and feelings are not rational, but continue to have them anyway. They are not sure how to shake them and become angry at themselves for being this way. It is a cycle.</div>]]></description>

However, those with ASPD do not care about following what is deemed right and wrong, and shows no respect for the rights and feelings of others.</div>]]></description>

Serotonin is a chemical in the brain that helps to regulate mood. Also negative experiences such as bullying or abuse could be a factor. Anxiety disorders can run in the family,  although it is unknown if it comes from the genetics or the environment being brought up in.</div>]]></description>
