Today is the first day that I taken Students In Enterprise Program (SIEP) at this restaurant. The name of this restaurant is Kedai Kopi Heng Hoe.
Task/Mission:
(i) 0630 arrived at the restaurant, the boss asked me to do some cleaning like sweep, mop the floor and arrange the chairs and tables before start business.
(ii) The boss give me some briefing like the business start, i just need to take drink order from the customers, send it to back of house and brings the drink for customers. The most famous beverages at this restaurant was coffee.
(iii) The restaurant start business hours at 0700 to 1700. My shift today is morning shift from 0630 to 1300. 
(iv) At 0700,the customer was came and I start take my first order from the first customer of the day. An uncle order a cup of coffee O without sugar and a pair of roasted bread.
(v) The peak timing was 0730 to 0900. Mostly of the customer are taking their breakfast before going to work. I was a bit nervous and tired during the time, because there were too many of customers and they keep asking with their order like "Why my coffee haven reach?".
(vi) The boss was provided two meal for me at 0700 and 1230. Today I was not taken my breakfast at 0700 because didn't feel hungry.
(vii) I end up my job at 1300.

Task/Mission:
(i) Today shift is morning shift, i arrived restaurant at 0630.
(ii) As yesterday, I was doing some cleaning before the business start up.
(iii) After I done the cleaning and I taken the breakfast at the restaurant. I was ordered Teh C Ais, a pair of roasted bread and half boiled eggs.
(iv) Business start at 0700, as usual I was take the orders from the customers. Today customers were more than yesterday. The boss said maybe today was raining day, everyone feel like hungry and wanna take some breakfast at here.
(v) The boss give some advises to me said that I have to clean up faster when once the customers were leave and mop the tables clean and clear to avoid any hygiene's problems.

(i) As usual, my shift today was morning shift and I reached at 0630.
(ii) Doing the cleaning before business start up.
(iii) Take my breakfast after done my cleaning.
(iv) Today, the boss was teaching me how to make the roasted bread with using the roasted machine. First of all, using the fresh bread and put it into the roasted machine and wake it to jump up. After that, apply the butter, kaya and peanut into bread and cut it into two.
(v) Business start at 0700 and customers were came. As usual, I take order from customers and  one of the customer was order roasted bread. Then, boss asked me try to make it by my own. I was made it, the comment from the boss is I apply too much of butter, kaya and peanut. he told me that I have to minimize a bit the butter, kaya and peanut.

(ii) I start my job with picking up order from customers.
(iii) I was recognized that there were less customers after 1000 compared to early morning at 0700.
(iv) Today the boss asked me wipe the glass and cup after the aunt was washed and arrange it back into the cupboard.
(v) I take my lunch at 1330.
(vi) Around 1630, the boss asked me to start slowly clean up the restaurant before end up today business. I keep all the chairs into store room and sweep, mop the floor.

(ii) As usual, before business start up. I have to clean, mop the floor and arrange the tables and chairs.
(iii) After done my cleaning, I take my breakfast.
(iv) Customers start coming and today quite busy and many customers. During the busy hours, I make a mistake. When clean up the glass and tables after the customers were leave, I was accidentally fall down the glass and all of the customers were looking at me. At the time I feel very shame and wanna cry, luckily the boss was come and asked others to clean up the fragment. The boss asked me to go restroom to take a break then only continuous work. 
(v) After calm down myself and I continuous my work.

(v) Today, the boss asked me to take the position at making roasted bread station. This is because many customers were orders the roasted bread. I start my making roasted bread from 0730 to 0930. The orders of roasted bread were non-stop as the time that i mentioned above.

(vi) I was very appreciated and thankful to the boss and the employees. They give me a chance to learn how to handle those problems and forgiveness from what I was did wrong.
