That night the house caught fire and only one wall left wich had a sign of a cat. Moved by the events he continued drinking. He spent a lot of time in the pub where on one occasion he found a black cat who he took home. Just like Pluto the cat had one eye. Consequently the man started hate the kitten. One day he and his wife went down to the chamber. The cat tripped the man so he wanted to kill the cat with an axe. But his wife stopped him so he killed the woman. He bricked his wife in the wall. After a few days the police came look for the woman. When they were at the cellar they heard screaming. The wall fell down and the cat was there.

C.

On the 24th of December me, my mom and my sister got up at the crack of dawn and went to buy a tree. At the tree vendor my sister made a scene because she wanted a huge tree, so we had to go to a lot of tree vendors while she found the perfect tree. We took home the tree and decorated. At the afternoon we opened the gifts. Nobody bought a gift which is break the bank. At the next day my cousins came to use with their kids. We baked cookies with the children on the best behavior but the cookie’s baking didn’t go with a bang. They burned. After that we went to my godparents. My godfather is always turns into the life and soul of the party and he didn’t let anyone else get a word in edgewise but he is my own flesh and blood. At the party everyone has a whale of a time and it went like a dream. On the 26th of December we were at home and chillin.

My s.d.g is the responsible consumption and production.

I chose this topic because I think it’s important to deal with this problem because it has a great effect in our life.

About 1 billion tonnes of food is wasted every year while almost 1 billion people go undernourished and another 1 billion hungry.

Why do we do this? What possibilities are there to share the food we do not need with those who need it?

There are a lot of food banks where you can give your surplus food to pass it for the needy. Too good to go is an app in many countries with you can order leftover food from resturants so you don't waste it.

Less than 3 per cent of the world’s water is drinkable and more than 1 billion people still don’t have fresh water.

The pollution is a big problem in our life.

We have to stop the pollution of our enviroment and make a greener life.

We have to stop wasting our food and clean water. We have to change the products consumption and production and use less metarial and energy to them productions.

We must strive for a better quality of life.

What can we do for this in our everyday life?

We can wash our teeth without running water, as We used to do before and not to wash up the dishes under running water.

We can collect our garbage separately.

How stress affects our lives
I didn’t know that stress can have such a great effect to our brain so I learned a lot of new things from this video. I didn’t know that stress can cause sleeping problems and you can get irritated, moody, forgetting little things, feeling overwhelmed and isolated and chronic stress can cause such a big problems. I’m always stressed before exams and when I have to speak in public and I feel bad and nervous so I don’t agree that stress can be good. I didn’t know that stress can cause diseases like depression and alzheimer’s disease and it has impact on our judgement, concentration, decision-making and social interaction. The research with the rats was really interesting. The exercise and meditation is a good way to decrease our stress but I think it depens on how you can decrease your stress. I liked this video because it was interesting and I learned a lot of new things that I didn’t know.

D.What makes a Good life
There was a recent survey of millennials asking them what their most important life goals were and over 80% said that a major life goal for them was to get rich. And another 50% said that another major life goal was to become famous. But this goals almost impossible to get.

They tracked the lives of 724 men for 75 years. They asked about their work, their home lives, their health. Since 1938 they tracked the lives of two groups of men. The first group started in the study when they were sophomores at Harvard College. The second group was a group of Boys from Boston’s Poorest neighborhoods. All of this teenagers were interviewed. They were given medical exams. They went to their homes and interviewed their parents.

The clearest message that they get from this 75 years study is this: good relationships keep us happier and healthier. They learned three big lessons about relationships.

1. Social connections are really good for us and loneliness kills.

People who are more socially connected to family, friends are happier and they live longer.

2. The quality of your close relationships that matters.

It turns out that living in the midst of conflict is really bad for our health.

3. Good relationships protect our brains.

It turns out that being in a securely attached relationship to another person in your 80s is protective. This people’s memories stay sharper longer.

Why do we dream?

I chose this video because I think this topic is interesting and I wanted to know why we dream. We don’t know why we dream, but we have some interesting theories. Like we dream to fulfill our wishes. Sigmund Freud theorized that everything we remember when we wake up from a dream is a symbolic representation of our unconscious primitive thoughts, urges and desires. We dream to remember. Researchers found that subjects of experiments were much better at getting through a maze if they napped and dreamed of the maze prior to their second attempt. We dream to rehearse. The primitive instinct rehearsal theory holds that the content of a dream is significant to its purpose. Like when you run from somebody in your dream that allows you to practice your fight or fight your instincts. We dream to heal. Some researchers theorize that the purpose of dreaming is to take the edge of painful experiences to allow for psychological healing. We dream to solve problems. In your dreams your mind can create limitless scenarios to help you grasp problems.
