the light made the images look more appealing and have a fresh look. you could also see the texture.

i prefer f/1.8 because you can see the details better

something i learned about food photography is the details matter even the tiniest detail can change the image of the food. The small things show how the food is texture is and how delicious it is.  
     4. If you were to do this again, what would you do differently?
