Firstly, using public transport is cheaper than using your own vehicle, that's why many people prefer to use public transport. For example, people can use  the tram,  bus , ferry, metro by paying for a cheap ticket. Secondly, many people are polluting the World because they are using their own cars and it's so dangerous for the environment because it causes exhaust emission more. However, if we use public transport it would be better and safet for our World.
Finally, if you have a vehicle , you need a parking area and sometimes it's so hard . Moreover, Parking areas are very expensive not safe so the best idea is use to public transport.
