Usually, they are thought of as any photons having energies greater than about 100 keV.  Gamma Ray Detection Like X-ray detection, gamma-ray detection is done on a photon-by-photon basis. Hard work by several brilliant scientists had shown us that a number of different processes which were occurring in the Universe would result in gamma-ray emission. </div>]]></description>
