My journey as an underwriter for the CF-PH space has been nothing short of amazing as every bit of guidance and support you have extended to the CF-PH Underwriting team in the last 4 years (or at least since I joined the team in August 2021) has been invaluable in shaping the ways of working for CF-PH while it is continuously evolving to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of the CF-PH from a general standpoint. While on a personal level, please know that your mentorship has left an indelible mark on my character and has immensely helped in building resilience within me through every experience.

Truth be told, navigating through the challenges of managing the CF-PH space whilst transitioning from an Analyst into a Specialist role hasn't always been smooth sailing (i.e. team movements, series of changes in WoW, daily ops, PH mandate and launching of structural power exceed and its subsequent renewal, to mention a few) --- but I've come to learn how your wisdom, feedbacks, comments, suggestions, and overall guidance has always been my compass and source of motivation to continuously improve my own ways of working and mindset; while your encouragement for us to think critically has always empowered me to analyze situations and make informed decisions each time. And for this (and everything else in between), I am and will be eternally grateful.

I will forever be carrying with me the lessons you both have imparted and the confidence you've instilled in me. And we hope to make you proud as we embark on this journey anew, now with Denise as our CCM for PH.

It has been truly our pleasure and an honor working with you, TE and Maggie! And indeed, a privilege of mine to have met you both in person exactly 2 years ago during your visit here in Manila :) I sincerely hope, if time and opportunity permits, I will also get to have the chance to have an F2F catch up with either of you when I visit SG (or when either of you visits Manila once again some time in the future! <3)

To Li-Ling, for the superb collaboration on the East GSCF mandate-related queries/concerns (esp. on the first yearly engagement with YC and Lionel and the rest of our stakeholders from the business re: 2024 full year mandate performance) in my current capacity as the focal for the East GSCF Monthly Mandate reporting. Your insights on various aspects of the report (ie MaR calculation, utilization, etc.) are indeed invaluable in improving the monthly reports. Meanwhile, please know that I've always admired your positive mindset towards work and collaborating with colleagues. Looking forward to working with you again in the future!
