         <description><![CDATA[<div>ANSWER - yes use every minute as Narcan can pass blood brain barrier (not cellular level) so can metabolise during arrest. However, glucose has to pass cell barrier so cannot metabolise during arrest. Overall, yes give narcan in arrest every minute, don't give glucose.</div>]]></description>
