My favourite food is nasi lemak. It is a simple dish consisting of fragrant rice cooked with coconut milk and some pandan leaves, served with a side of deep fried anchovies, groundnuts, an egg, cucumber slices and sweet spicy gravy.

          The national dish of Malaysia is usually sold in triangular packets of banana leaf or wax paper.

     

Omelette                    

           I like to eat omelette. The ingredients are eggs, onion, peppers, cheese, milk and half teaspoon of salt. To make it, break the eggs and mix them with milk. Cut up cheese, peppers and slice the onion. Mix the cheese, peppers and onion with the eggs and milk. Stir it all together well.

            Fry it all for 5 minutes. Serves your omelette with some bread.
