My sister has a new hairstyle and I think it looks pretty bad. I don't really want to criticize her, but I think it's a good idea to tell her something. But what do I say exactly?

Do not criticize her because that can hurt her feelings, you can not judge her by the hairstyle she did since they are tastes.
