The project also aims at identifying the factors which influence students’ choices.
The students will also explore the cultural heritage of their countries and conduct a survey about regional jobs which no longer exist or are being displaced by others, the present-day labour market and mobility of people for economic reasons. What is more, we will look at the gender gap and prejudices against women in leadership positions, discuss discrimination in the recruitment procedure, in remuneration and at workplace in general.

Looking at job advertisements in our country, the students looked for jobs that are most often found in job advertisments in the newspaper and online media. What they found out is that the labour market is looking for:
1.      Finance analyst 
2.      Brand manager
3.      Programmer

Beside programmers, newborn jobs are mostly in the IT sector.
4.      Pharmacist
5.      Doctor
6.      Hotel manager
7.      Human resources manager
8.      Lawyer
9.      Shop assistant 
What is interesting is that in our region, in the eastern part of Croatia, shop assistants are highly sought after and our school, beside the four-year-school-program, also offers a three-year-school-program for shop assistants. Although, some of them have difficulties finding a job after finishing school because university graduates unfortunately also work in shops as the unemployment rate is high in Croatia.
