Wat arun is a buddhist temple located Bangkok Thailand. It is a 300 year old temple filled with beautiful historical heritage. The scenery in the historical site is rich as a gold. The aroma of the dancing trees makes the place even more stunning in natural beauty.

Each crop harvested at Tungkay, Toledo, is a product of our farmer’s calloused hands and sunburnt skin. The moment I arrived at Tungkay, I was enveloped in green and brown hues, reminding me of the beauty and wonders of nature. Each sweet breath I made in their humble farm was a breath of fresh air, and every step taken on their moist grounds was a memory to

be cherished for decades to come.

Japan was not the same as I remembered, it was better and more quiet. Crossing the bridge of Yokohoma, Japan, with cold air and blinding city lights. The reflection of neon on the water mirrors my own thoughts. The journey changes me, just as the city never stays the same.

The farms fresh smells of warm soil and grass lingers in your nose-a foregien experience to me, the city girl who lives for the busy city lights. That sticky feeling of seawater all up on your hair and the rough feeling of sand all over your skin. I feel the calm breeze in Mactan blowing towards my face with the salty smell of the sea. As I smell the sunblock drying all over my body, I hear the sound of the lifeguard telling me to retreat because apparently the beach was red flagged.
