-RBC:Normochromic normocytic anaemia with NRBCs.
-WBC:Hyperleucocytosis with neutrophilia.There are various stages of granulopoiesis (promyelocytes,myelocytes,metamyelocytes,band form and segmented neutrophils).Blast cells may be present.There are basophilia and eosinophilia.
PLT:Thrombocytosis

RBC : Normochromic normocytic anaemia.

WBC : Leucocytosis with neutrophilia, basophilia and eosinophilia (+/- monocytosis). Bipeak appearance of myeloid series ( neutrophil and myelocytes).
Blast not dominant feature

plt : can be normal, low or high count

RBC: Normochromic normocytic Red cells with occasional nucleated RBCs. Count can be normal or reduced.

WBC: Hyperleucocytosis with spectrum of myeloid cells with predominance myelocytes and hypersegmented neutrophils.
Myeloblast < 5%
Basophilia, Eosinophilia and +/- Monocytosis.

Plt: Usually Thrombocytosis but count can be normal or reduced with micromegakaryocytes.

RBC: Mild normochromic normocytic anemia.
WBC: Leucocytosis with increases in both immature and mature granukocytes. Usually < 5% circulating blasts and <10% blasts and promyelocytes noted with majority of cells being myelocytes, metamyelocytes and band forms.

WBC- Leucocytosis or hyperleucocytosis. Complete spectrum of myeloid series may be present- promyelocytes, myelocytes, metamyelocytes, band and mature neutrophils. blast may be present but not the striking feature (except in blast transformation).Characteristically basophilia and eosinophilia.
RBC- usually normocytic normochromic anemia. Nucleated RBC could be present
Plt: Usually thrombocytosis.

WBC - severe leucocytosis (up to >200x10^9 with neutrophilia, and basophilia .Neutrophil shows left shift with promyelocytes,myelocytes & band form . Myeloblast seen<5%

Platelet - mild thrombocytosis
