         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) People with hypertension has a blood pressure that is higher than normal. Their blood pressure changes throughout the day based on their activities. People with chronic diseases like kidney disease , diabetes and sleep apnea have higher chances of having high blood pressure.<br>High blood pressure is known as a silent killer because it usually does not have any symptoms and can be undiagnosed. Due to that, lots of people are unaware that they have high blood pressure and because of this, they cannot get treatment. People usually find out about their high blood pressure when they encounter a heart problem or a stroke. This can cause permanent damage to some organs in your body or even death. Despite all these, high blood pressure is a very common health condition.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>2) High blood pressure can damage the blood vessels and decrease the flow of blood to the heart. What causes you to have hypertension is when you take in too much alcohol , overuse of tobacco , unhealthy daily diet , physical inactivity and obesity. Or it could also be in your genetics. Eating too much sodium will increase your blood pressure. The sodium usually comes from fast food restaurants and processed food. Not eating enough potassium will also increase your high blood pressure. Being overweight means your heart must work harder to pump blood and oxygen around your body. So over time, this can add stress to your heart and blood vessels.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To prevent getting hypertension, you should exercise regularly for about 30 minutes per day. You should also sleep 7-9 hours to let your body, especially the heart, to recharge. Avoiding smoking is the best thing to do as one stick of cigarette makes your blood pressure rise. Reduce your alcohol intake as well.</div>]]></description>
