Regarding first discussion the other day, we decided to use both of the mahjong papers
The first paper is the mechanism of the antibody production; briefly from the bone marrow, the existence of antibody at the B cell, what happen when there is pathogen and continue until B cell become plasma cell and memory cell.
The second paper will be the definition and functions of different class of antigens.
The diagram will be drawn using cut and paste technique by using coloured A4.
For now, all of us are to collect infomation on the points that are going to be put in the mahjong papers 😉

Hey guys~ just wondering if we should put some extra introduction about B-cells receptor like the proteins its made of, and the genes that encodes for it.
As for the mechanism of the antibody production, maybe we can include the activation of B-cells and class switching? Or is it too much information to condense in the presentation?

Guys, I found a good video that might help with your understanding about our topic. This video may looks funny but it is really useful. In this video, he explains the production of antibody and the engagement of B cell with helper T cell. He gives a good illustration on how it works (He once relates pathogen's peptide with Games of Throne), and even make a sound effect. This video will not cover all the contents of what we're going to present, but just part of it. Quality = mp4 360p.
