Sustainable living means letting go of convenience bit by bit. 
It also means more thinking and preparation before you buy something. 
I think I lost weight because I no longer want to buy snacks in multilayered packaging :D. The downside to that is I have to make my own snacks :/. I decided that it is worth it, for what I believe in.
