         <description><![CDATA[<div>Create active habits to kick start the brain during lag times. Have students get up and collect papers from you, move desks into a new configuration, partner them by shoes so they have to get up. Add a timer and say for every second over the allotted amount of time to complete the task is ten seconds after the bell. That simulates a flight response to get a jolt of energy to get out of a rhythm slump.</div>]]></description>
