The Horchata consists of rice, sugar, almonds, cinnamon stick, vanilla extract, evaporated milk, milk, and water. The Horchata is an amazing sugary drink and so much joy when drank.  Bet a paper towel and put oil on the stove and rub it all over the griddle. 
As the griddle is warming up you would need to get all the ingredients ready, start off by washing all of the vegetables that is going to be needed. 
Start cutting the cabbage into small thin slices with a knife and put it into a bowl. 
Now for the sauce you need to put the tomato and the red onion in the blender(you could put a pepper if you want to, just make sure to take out the seeds before) blend until it is like a liquid substance.
Get a pot and put oil in and the tomato sauce in there to and add any flavoring you like. Nothing that can over take the flavor of the tomato
